About this Course
Problem-solving as a therapeutic approach is evidence-informed, collaborative, flexible, and adaptable to both brief and long encounters. Clients begin to practice tools that allow for identification and solving of daily life problems. Building and implementing these skills result in decreased stress, increased self-efficacy and self-esteem, and a reduction in depressive symptoms.
